A new kind of property development by Zig. Located in Budapest, the building was home to a radio broadcaster during the 1950's, but is now reimagined as a creative hub for modern living. More than just a place to live, it’s designed to foster a sense of community - made for the next era of thinkers, makers and doers.

THE CONCEPT

Drawing on the property's history as a former radio broadcaster, I developed a concept that translates signal and sound into a visual language, inspired by the dots and dashes of Morse code. This code serves as a perfect representation of the intangible nature of sound. Radio waves, once the property's primary form of communication, are invisible yet felt—much like community itself, which can be experienced even when it's not physically visible.

The final pattern, based on the Morse code characters for S, E, G, and U, is repeated throughout the brochure. The cover features embossing and spot varnish, elevating the graphic element without overshadowing the property name. Inside, the pattern continues across the spreads, radiating outward like a quiet signal, symbolising the property’s ongoing role in connecting residents in a new type of community.
